La palabra viene de Síbaris, una antigua ciudad griega del sur de Italia célebre por el refinamiento y el bienestar de sus habitantes. Hoy, ser sibarita significa buscar el placer a través del buen gusto: apreciar la mesa, el vino y los pequeños detalles con calma, sin prisa.
The word comes from Sybaris, an ancient Greek city in southern Italy famed for the refinement and ease of its inhabitants' lives. Today, being a sybarite means seeking pleasure through good taste: savoring food, wine and small details, unhurried.

Jazz, saxofón y cuerdas acompañan el recorrido durante todo el día, y por la noche La Única Internacional Sonora Santanera cierra la verbena desde el escenario principal. Entre una cosa y otra, arte e intervenciones de creadores locales.
Jazz, saxophone and strings accompany the journey all day, and at night La Única Internacional Sonora Santanera closes the verbena from the main stage. In between, art and installations by local creators.
